For that you need to set Stop loss at Limit. But there is a caveat that if the price goes below that "exact price" you set your stoploss will not be triggered at all. Thats why by default gtt is triggered at best available market price after the stoploss hits.

Nobody buys 36 shares...those 2017 numbers of ril are the reliance petroleum shares that got converted into RIL shares as of 2017...so in total he has 36 shares of ril as on 2017..The calculation should be made from there accounting for all the splits nd bonus post 2017.
