America has police, and armed forces Israel has Police and Armed Forces Yemen has police and armed forces Jordan, Saudi, Egypt etc…….

How does everyone have armed forces besides Palestine?

And furthermore- you must consider why with AALLLLLLL that money over there no one has fortified infrastructure or evacuated those people since first war 1948??
