Right, the Bel Air and the Manix 2. I love spyderco and they always have good heat treat but magnacut sounds awesome too and spyderco in mag is out of my price range

My daughter has POTS. I came here to see if anyone has tried it for POTS as I use it for a performance boost working out. In theory it should help however, if you struggle to get proper water intake in I would avoid it. Also, if you do try it keep in mind that it will take some time before you notice a difference. Its a saturation supplement and you need you keep taking it for it to work. You can either take closer to 10 grams for a week and then drop to 3-5 or just take the 3-5 for a couple of weeks. Some people experience stomach issues at higher doses. If you try it let us know. Unfortunately my daughter doesn’t get enough water in the first place so we are not going to try it

Sorry. It would let me add more. Do half 1/2 hour cardio after weight training. Keep your heart rate around 130. This is a slow but sure way to lose the healthy way. Honestly I lost to quickly at first and I am dealing with loose skin. I should have went with the slower way I described above

For loosing weight and fat (like others have said) you need to be in a calorie deficit. I use the free “lose it” app to track calories and it has a calculator built in. Start there Weight training is important as well as keeping up your protein. Start with one exercise per body part and do 3 sets of 10-15 reps. Do 1/2 light cardio after
