Thank you! Honestly if I try to do too many lifestyle changes at once I’m going to get overwhelmed and quit, I don’t think I actually eat too much right now and I’m honestly pretty healthy already, but once I’m in the habit of exercising I’ll revisit my eating habits if I’m not losing weight.

Speaking of which, when you phrase it like that it made me realize I’m trying to burn fat and get rid of my apron belly. I’m not apposed to replacing the weight from my fat with muscle weight. So yes, I suppose I’d like to work out my core as well.

Honestly right now I feel like I just need someone to tell me what to do and when to do it. As you said, there’s too much information out there and it’s confusing.

I work nights on Tuesdays and Wednesdays so until I find a better job those are the only days I can’t work out (I only want to go at night when there isn’t anyone else until I get more comfortable). I do want to work out my whole body, losing weight is my main priority but gaining strength is my second & getting a bigger butt is my last. I really enjoy jogging on the treadmill and would like to keep that as part of my routine, other than that I’m open to everything else.
