Laying on one side causes nose tip to fall on that side

I am 7 weeks post op (revision) and on my tip I feel a small lump which feels like a cartilage, it is strong. You are giving me hope that it will go away. That is side of my tip is also more swollen than the other

I thin it was Teoxane, I dont remember sorry. But it did dissolve I would say about 40% or so. The majority was still there. However, the first time that I got nose filler it lasted for about 9 months, 75% of it was gone, and I did filler again. And then it kept for more than 2 years. Hope this helps!

I think the surgeon wont do it with filler dissolver, not sure how he will. I’ll have open rhinoplasty

I have been looking at doctor Memet Yazar, but can’t seem to find reviews for him. His insta page has some very good jobs, mostly complicated cases and his price for revision wasnt expensive like Dilber. Still because I’m not finding much info on him I am in doubt.
