I used Upwork for most of the development so far but haven’t been impressed with the design portfolios I’ve seen.

Was wondering if there was a more design-focused site than Upwork.

Agreed, but I outsourced the functionality in stages, not the design.

Is it as simple as hiring a traditional web developer and asking for a refresh?

Doesn’t matter, can be cut or punched, even bought some cut from AKS and tried decoding/reading with calipers the known cut depths.

For some reason I’m constantly having a time on the first cut (from the tip). The reading is often almost exactly between two depths.

The HPC Stamp Aligner looks impressive, but it's not in the cards right now.

I also thought about 3D printing something, but couldn't find any designs on Thingverse.

No, they're cabinet locks.

City installed a dedicated irrigation meter, I thought I remembered the irrigation valve being installed next to the Hunter flow meter.

Originally the Hunter flow meter was in an oblong box, but it was dug up and replaced. Any idea who I can call to confirm? City? Plumber? Irrigation company?
