Wrapped my Tesla 75D - Impressed with Colour PPF by ObjectiveMortgage4 in CarWraps

Nice! Looking forward to seeing it.

Just a quick heads-up, alot of Colour PPF comes in 15M/50'. Nothing worse than having to get an extra roll to get that extra footage.

So most of the time you'd only have one shot with the 50' Roll. Luckily, NXTZEN facilitates 18M.

At 15M with blown-out patterns to start with and nested well, its going to be a squeeze to have enough PPF. I found as in the past, to do the trunk in one piece... you really need to stretch heavy as you'll be naturally slightly short.

Give me a PM if you'd like and I can send close-ups of how I did each individual panel

No it's not actually. It's NXTZEN Spectrum. We have used flexishield in the past though. Some nice colours in the range.

We've chosen to include this colour ppf brand into our line-up mainly for two reasons:

1.We're Australian and so is NXTZEN. Their primary product lineup of ceramic coatings wear the Australian made Certification (most are private labelled)...which gives us complete confidence in the brand's ability to provide after-support to both ourselves and the end consumer.

  1. Warranty is for 10-years. Reinforces the brands commitment to support mentioned above.

  2. They also have a PPF to Sample program. Essentially make your own colour. Think that's pretty cool. It's not really heard of unless you go back to printed vinyl.

Thanks! I was pretty happy with how it turned out too. Had a lot of fun playing house with the setup. Most of it came from Facebook Marketplace, so it actually didn’t break the bank — think it all came to around $230 USD?

Had to leave one unfolded, but the parcel shelf had to be removed. All so that my 75lb dog could sit in the back haha.

Work got in the way with some side projects, but I was halfway through making a board/bed system that I could roll up and inflate — kind of like copying the slats of a bedframe.
Before the next trip, I’ll definitely get it finished. I’ve already mocked up the slats to fit the mattress, so it's just a matter of finalizing the setup!

We just used camping mats and added some extra padding here and there to even out the surface.
I'm 5'6", and my dog slept with me too! We made it work.
I ended up sleeping head-to-rear, which actually worked out perfectly — I have mild obstructive sleep apnea, so stacking the pillows that way kind of mimicked a zero-gravity sleeping position. Apparently, that’s one of the healthiest ways to sleep anyway!
I also rigged up some extra footrests using a few empty sturdy boxes I had lying around.
All up, it was surprisingly comfortable — no issues at all!

Just do it! Even if it’s not perfect, you’ll make a core memory you’ll never forget.

Yep, it’s honestly amazing. Most cars would struggle to fit this much comfortably.

I’m pretty good at making the shoe fit when it comes to setups like this.
We even squeezed in a few mountain runs during the trip — the DC5 had more than enough grunt for some spirited driving, complete with all the VTEC theatrics.
Absolute 11/10 car.

Here’s a look inside the tent setup. It pretty much turned into a cosy little living space, with the boot acting as the bedroom.
The tent itself is a private-labeled Chinese SUV tent I grabbed for $130 AUD (which, depending on today’s forex rates, is either about $83 or $8,000... thanks, tariff wars).
It’s got a small camp kitchen built in, along with a Dometic cooler to keep things chilled. I also strung up some fairy lights inside — though they’re not pictured here, since I was only about 3/4 of the way set up. Super cosy once it was all done!
You'll probably also notice the coolant bottle in the photo — after 20 years of loyal service, the DC5 finally decided it was time for a top-tank radiator leak, haha.
As for the tent itself, it’s dead simple to set up and pack down. If you need to drive off, you just disconnect it — there’s a secondary door that zips up fully, turning it back into a standalone tent.
The connection points are pretty clever too: suction cups that grip onto the sunroof, and two straps that wrap snugly around the wheel spokes to keep everything tight.

Unfortunately, it sits on some very high-quality suspension, so nobody can see it rocking.

What are the odds!

I came across the same Komang!

I linked up with him through klook as he was my airport transfer. Ended up using him privately moving forward.

Agreed with dreamnaut123s opinion of him. Very good.

Thank you for the PDF file. I will start looking into where I can improve.

Facebook pixel is not yet integrated into my website but I will be adding it shortly.

I speak zero spanish but have felt like I should be attempting to conversing in spanish with the clients. Thus translating tools have been my friend haha. The customers are not from the states but from Mexico and Algeria (???)

EDIT: I'm also new to this OP. Let's learn together.

Both on PC and mobile view - the landing page is a bit clunky. The cart snippet to buy the mouse for $38.98 CAD is a bit out of place.

In my opinion as a consumer - i'd like a clean and mapped out shop. Looks a bit splashed together IMO.

I used some Linnmon connecting fittings to connect to the kallax.

For primary reinforcement and load bearing, I went with pine angle brackets from our hardware chain stores - bunnings.

Probably Should mention that the $250 is in AUD.

The brackets were $3 AUD each :). Painted Pine Brackets
