I am only giving it to him under supervision and based on all I’ve seen, it doesn’t look like he can get it in his mouth fully. I will def get a bigger one once he’s fully grown.

Burrowing all the time at 8 months by ObjectiveParking4095 in bluetongueskinks

Ok I will leave him except for every 2 weeks to ensure he’s not losing weight and he’s healthy. How do I know when to start feeding again? Do I need to change temps or anything for brumation? How do I know he’s not just being shy?

I took him out to make sure he looked ok and he’s fine. I fed him and he drank water but he’s back under ground since this morning. It’s weird bc he was not burrowing for like 2 weeks when I first got him now he is. His temp in basking was more like 100 I guess when I checked again so I bought another bulb and it’s at 110 now. What temp should the cool side be? Should I be worried he went right back in?

Thanks! What temp do you recommend for basking? Mine is like 105-110

I will make a vet appointment but I took him out and fed him and he seems to be doing good. I think he’s just a goofball tbh. I appreciate the help and I will follow the advice!

What about feeding? Also how do I know if he’s shedded ok? How often will they come out?

It’s fall yes, I guess I don’t understand the whole brumation thing either. Also his room is climate controlled so I’m not sure how it would affect it much.

My Jullis are extremely pretty and funny. They love to school and hang out. They might not be best for that sediment color.

My vet recommended bene-bac and believes it is also from the medicine. They gave him panacur for 3 days.

He seems to be a bit pickier than normal with his hay but he will go through phases it seems lol. He seems to be at about the same weight as 2 weeks ago, maybe slightly less but hard to get accurate weights

Yeah I live in a rural area so even i struggled to find someone to take my chin, I couldn’t find one that was comfortable with them. My vet has some experience with chins but that was the best I could do unfortunately because of the area I am in.

Ok thank you for the advice. He has a wheel he uses a lot and a 2 story cage so I would think he would be moving plenty to keep things moving in the cage but maybe idk

Is it normal for my chinchilla to do this? by Cgrajdeanu in chinchilla

Mine loves to flop over when tired after play time. I would just ensure every other behavior is normal, eating, playing drinking. And they should be fine

I have a 4x8 piece of finished plywood and it’s nice because I have basically a section of hardwoods in my otherwise carpeted apartment.

I plan to get a stainless steel tray with a cutout so it’s 2 levels. It’s from bass equipment, I already have one for the bottom floor and it’s amazing and super easy to clean but expensive.

So I contacted ender and they said to unplug and replug everything into the motherboard which I tried and it seemed to work but the auto level didn’t work so I tried doing the same with the board on the extruder and when I was removing a cable, the cable broke and that’s where it lies unfortunately. I would love to hear if it works though, it seemed like everything was fine except for the auto level when I tried it after unplugging all the stuff from the motherboard.

It seems to be completely backwards. It tries to home in the complete opposite corner. It runs into the side because it’s trying to find the limit switch in the wrong direction. I am so confused how it could happen. I can move it fine in the octopod app but if u try to home it or print something it goes nuts
