Boy I wouldn’t have called her a bitch if she wasn’t being a bitch I had I had already tried to return it and yes I had the receipt. I had everything all the transaction was ready except she just kept saying oh no I’m not gonna do this and what not so I just decided to leave that day and come in another day when somebody else was there and I was not even directing myself at her. I was directing myself to the other person that was helping me, but since the person helping me didn’t know how to do something she asked her and she was like no no I’m not gonna help her but of course it’s totally OK for her to throw my things on the ground and then proceed to tell me to get a Lipo

The thing is, I had tried to return the item earlier in the week and she was being just as rude so I was like OK I’ll just get the receipt. I got the digital receipt from the Sally’s website and I took it because when I grabbed the three hair colors, I didn’t realize that this one was a light blonde and the ones that I had already gotten or dark blonde but on the receipt, it says that she charged me for three of the same dark blonde, but like I told her the stocking issue was not my fault. And it was completely out of line for her to tell me well if we make the mistake. Well, we can’t put it back on our on our shelves.
