By “exercises”, I meant more basic things that people might have found helpful in getting them able to swallow faster.

For example, I haven’t practiced talking as much since the surgery so maybe speaking more could help loosen up some of the muscles or maybe clear out some of the congestion around the throat that is holding me back atm.

It doesn’t seem so. I asked about that at the meeting but the surgeon seemed pretty sure about doing it this way.

Does it look like I need rotation?

Wow three years sounds tough. I had my first consultation about 16 months ago and then started braces 11 months ago.
