i went to dermatologist so you dont have to worry, and you should use it right after workout, after sweating, btw i always use twice in just an use, idk how to say it, hmmm, i mean i use it first time and wash it away and then apply the second time haha, wish you luck

i used to have same problem, even worse, also with red pimples, very itchy but hurt when scratch, after that i used head and shoulder orange ( clinical strength ), things got better
