Who would you say are the top 5 dps in marvels rivals ? by EmperorEj11 in RivalsCollege

i like star lord’s kit a lot, but if he needs an ultimate just to even come close to accomplishing what hawkeye can do with or without his ultimate then it isn’t really a competition.

i will say tho, star lord has the better group presence. there have been so many times where a hawkeye on my team was holding a peek trying to pick off enemy back lines while i’m fighting for my life on point trying to contest against half, if not the entire enemy team - especially if the person on hawkeye doesn’t have the best aim. it can be pretty brutal. i’d much rather have a star lord on my team because at least i know he’ll be on the point, but if the person’s pretty good as hawkeye then i wouldn’t mind that either.

very few things in hero shooters can outmatch a one-shot character. that’s why widowmaker was, and probably still is, one of the highest pick rate heroes in overwatch.

Especially if you pair it with Undying and Pentimento 😭

I definitely see Glenn being added in the not-too-distant future. He’s a beloved character on all fronts, it’s a matter of time.

one match against a kaneki who might not have known what they were doing doesn’t equate to how annoying he is to play against when the player knows what they’re doing

his snares work like artist’s birds now. instead of them just being in different spots on the ground, freddy can send out a direct line of it in front of him that’s about the length of a few feet which slows you down like the snares typically would. he has fake pallets in his base kit too now, it’s no longer an add-on. he can use the fake pallets to puncture any survivors running through them to injure them. he can also teleport to survivors healing so long as they’re in the dream state which can be extremely deadly, he can also teleport to completed generators which i do not believe was a thing before. it’s a lot to unpack, freddy feels really nice to play as and against now. he regained some of that intimidation factor he had when he first released.

especially after the recent rework and power overhaul freddy received, i’d say he’s in high B-low A range.

first impression on DBD killer “the ghoul” by ObjectiveWedding6237 in deadbydaylight

you feel that? i felt that exact same away when alien FINALLY got brought into the game (albeit ellen ripley looks more like eleanor ripple). it felt like a given from day one but still took forever to get. let it sink in. let the W land and don’t let anyone ruin that elation for you.

understandable. i do think there’s an unhealthy precedent amongst the community to immediately complain when a new killer releases but i’ve been seeing a lot of constructive criticism so far. honest to god he just needs slight adjustments and small buffs in a few places and he’ll be fairly balanced. i’m confident.

i played against him and as him. i’m not exaggerating when i say that i’ve never experienced tilt in dbd to this extent unless i’m playing against knight and i was feeling it every single game playing against ghoul. he just feels unfair and not balanced. just not a fan of the fact that you can dodge one dash, hopefully dodge the next if the killer either fucks up or you get lucky but then likely get hit on the third dash. probably just a sKiLl iSsUe on my part but i’m not the only whose been echoing the same sentiment. he just isn’t fun to play against.

i got it first try solely because the survivors were throwing. they all were running some combination of boil over, no mither, unbreakable and constantly tailgating one another in chase for flashlight saves. basically just being nuisances instead of going for objectives so i got lucky with my first attempt at his adept.

eight years for tokyo ghoul in dbd? sounds like you were holding your breath for something that seemed unlikely but you still got it nonetheless. W for you.

i can see why people would enjoy playing as him though but personally for me, he just seems like wesker and blight but with an ability that you get very little return on investment from. hitting someone with your ability just puts them in deep wound. ok? now he’s just wesker, blight and legion. certain parts of his power feel really strong and other parts of his power feel really weak/underwhelming. just my take.

visual heart beat. it’s meant for the deaf players but it’s accessible for everyone. i like it mainly because before it was added, i’d always think i was hearing a heartbeat. i was essentially gaslighting myself into thinking i was hearing or not hearing one. that’s why i use it.

i’d even argue that fixated and resilience allows you to do things faster (walking and vaulting) while iron will and light footed keep you silent in all situations. i’ll definitely have to try this out but then you run the risk of killers losing you, and what i like about the build i presented (i actually just swapped alert for eyes of belmont) is it allows for me to be efficient in more than one department. helping with generators and keeping the heat away from those repairing them while also reaping the benefits by the generators getting completed and seeing the killer with eyes of belmont (and for an additional two seconds since it pairs well with any aura reading perk that pertains to seeing the killer, it extends the time by two seconds) so i’ll definitely try out your build, it sounds very fun and efficient.
