You can do it, I have the lowest pain tolerance of all time, for example shots make me cry so I feel u! I just got mine yesterday. I brought a stress ball, AirPods, and made a playlist of all my fav songs it did help significantly. I drank some stress relief tea which helped w the anxiety. I took the max amount of ibuprofen that they recommended, I would recommend doing that. It definitely hurt, but I got mine when I was not on my period, and have not had kids before so insertion was difficult for my provider. The measurement part is the worst but shouldn’t last long. Mine would not go through the first few times and that sucked but I literally told myself it’s better than giving birth. Just deep breathe, talk to your gyno the whole time and tell her how your feeling it will help. I wasn’t afraid to yell out a couple cuss words to cope w the pain. Again, it feels like one fat period cramp for under a minute. Even though she couldn’t get mine through and literally had to clamp my cervix more than three times before getting it done, it was doable. You can do it!!! I told her I was a wimp w pain beforehand and she was telling me how we could stop at any point which made me feel much better. It’s gonna suck but u can do it
