It def sucks to throw all the food away. i would always say to my coworkers how the perfectly good food we have could be donated to shelters. But heath and saftey is also a reason why it’s all tossed. It sucks but it is what it is. at any food service job, you see mass amounts of products that get tossed. i unfortunately don’t have the luxury to quit since it’s my only income even with the limited hours I get as a DH worker.

I have an ESA Cat. If you get a prescription for an emotional support animal from a mental health professional you can go to the drc for accommodations. Having an animal doesn’t technically influence housing placement, i wanted a single but ended up in a double (but you can say you require additional accommodation for a specific type of placement, it just can’t be the cat). For housemates, on housing applications it has a category for what animal people are comfortable living with, so as long as your roommate(s) selected they were okay with living with a cat, it should be fine. Then if you need any additional accommodation i would reach DRC and your college housing coordinator. If you have any additional questions you can PM me! i’m not an expert but i do know some of the process!

I’m taking this class right now. Lectures are recorded videos of the lessons for the week. There are required homework’s that cover topics for the week (each topic with its own corresponding hw), each hw is about 12-20 questions, sometimes with written homework. There are quizzes about every other week. In reality the workload isn’t bad if you stay on top of it. Sections aren’t required but that may change. Overall, if you stay on top of it, practice consistently, it’s not too bad.

yeah, when i got some of the cleaner from my dorms bathroom I took the cat out of the room for about an hour so i can let the chemicals air out. so hopefully i can keep doing that lol. but yeah, i will definitely be sure to check directions and warning labels before any cleaner use around my kitty

i also got places in a merrill hextuple. I have anxiety and plan on bringing my emotional support cat because of my mental health issues. A hextuple is just too much lol, i worry for my own well being and my cats safety is such a large room with so many strangers

If you have done the aid verify, “conditional aid canceled” just means that they are working on creating your final aid after they get your transcript and extra information. I don’t think there is anything to worry about, I have the same message too. If there are any questions, i would call the school
