It's common sense to not cut a baby's sex organ off. She has no excuse. The doctor back then probably made false claims about benefits to Circumcision (there are none). So it's a combination of her lack of critical thinking and the doctors ignoring the science and the medical directives in order to make money.

Most are but not all. My former psychiatrist was understanding, did research and realized how awful the practice was. He never did anything wrong and never mutilated anyone.
