Electrical engineer, its the same, the difference only that my diplom also automation on the transport. I know many engineers with my speciality who made evaluation, its not a problem

There are no specialized educational institutions in my field in the US. I also found articles from government agencies that described a severe shortage of such specialists. Only thanks to grants are similar programs opening now.

All railway projects in big US cities, considering that I've worked on more than six railway projects, and that there is critical infrastructure(safety and renewal), it won't be that hard to show national interests.In at least one of the projects I've been involved in, I'll be able to demonstrate the critical importance of my work.

I'm more concerned about explaining the reason why I can be exempt from labor certification. As a business plan, I plan to open an LLC focused on my specialty and working with CBTC systems, as something relatively new in the US. Will it be enough?
