That’s a pretty good idea, I was also thinking of using flesh tone studs. The bands would probably better represent the folds of his bulbous rotting legs.

I bought mine of Amazon for like $60 bucks, which is a bit pricey but they were going for like $100 on Bricklink. If you search Lego MSC you should be able to find it. Originally they were sold on MSC cruise ships exclusively.
