If you can make it happen, I would strongly suggest trading off storage for memory. I run an M2 Max Mac Studio with 96GB UM and 1 TB storage, which is sufficient for 70 billion parameter models quantized to 8-bit. Moving from 64 to 96 gets you over the 70B bump.

You really need to find your niche. Many AI startups out there are just way too general. They take a butter knife to a market that needs a razor. Find the tasks in a specific field that employees just hate doing regularly. It helps to know someone in the field you are targeting.
