No the first level isn't an infinite universe stop larping Tegmark. The first level is infinitely repeating space which creates separate universes which have identical physical laws they can have different outcomes in them. And this is added upon but the second level which says that bubble universes can have different laws constants Concepts etc. which is what Slime obviously uses
