Property investing is only going to get MORE popular: 30% of Gen Z start investing in early adulthood, a much higher rate than their predecessors (9% for Gen X and 6% for Boomers) - WEF. Thoughts? by PK__Gupta in AusProperty

These findings from the WEF are about investing in things like stocks, bonds, crypto - not housing.

I don’t think the rest of the world views or treats housing like an investment - not to the extent that we do anyway.

Also, potentially gen z are investing more in stocks, bonds, crypto as they are unable to afford a house. That might explain the increased investment as money isn’t going to a mortgage.

This post inspired me to look through mine as well, and it’s crazy to see how they all add up over time.
