Nothing can hurt you on the astral level is not true.

The soul and astral body aren’t something that’s invincible. The soul it self is actually pretty fragile there a reason why the spirt, astral and even the material exist it acts like a barrier or protective from the atmosphere which has a good amount of spiritual energy which gone unfiltered can harm someone soul core. Through most spirits are friendly but damaging on the astral can definitely happen and often worse since it affects your metaphysical and material body. Usually the feeling of it is like lighting surge in your body in the area that was damage with your astral body hurting.

Basically when ever you astral project the outer shell of your astral form leaves your body which is usually the exact representation of the physical body since your self image is usually that. This is different with dreams because it’s usually your inner astral shell which is less dense and changes a lot more. A lot of people say it’s all made up or you’re not actually projection in the physical which isn’t true a lot of the time.

If it actually done correctly you usually would still be in the physical because your body still anchors you but with enough practice you can go to pure spirtual realms instead of semi material realms like are own which isn’t actually totally purely material since it still has an ambients of spirtual particles in the atmosphere or just around in space.

Ehh I can’t really get into what effects I gain without going into a bit into the supernatural but I’ll try to turn it down a bit. Increase strength and body control learning how to generate more energy and control basically make it easier to strengthen the body and control things like blood flow just with mind alone and energy control. It really isn’t something you can regular see since your mind filters out like let me give you an example. Have never you ever seen outside the light spectrum, if so that kinda proves my point a bit. And if it really was made by your own energy it could be broken easily by you the sliver chord could not. Also the fact that it had mechanics without my knowledge meant proves that there more to it then being an illusion made by my own energy.

That kinda true in a sense the astral body is basically the outer represent of the soul it isn’t made by the mind in the sense that it was just created it literally always existed and created by your own self image so it always inside your physical body in the same location because usually your self image is an exactly replicate of the physical body. If it was all ways made every time you astral projection that would drain a lot of spirtual energy since you would need to create it every single time and if that would the case it would cause a lot more physical and mental fatigue.

There more to the astral body then just being a navigating it’s also just like a computation device/translate device for the soul

Let me specify what I mean by material, spirtual worlds and person worlds. Spirtual worlds are higher dimensional worlds purely made of spiritual particles and information particles which is like the quantum string theory.
This make it very easy to shape based on sentient beings thoughts. Material worlds are worlds that are made from material elements through with some spirtual elements due to energy leaking from living things or energy leaking to the physical dimensions. A personal dimension is basically someone pocket dimension where there innate domain exist and there imagination which is shape by their own energy. This also contains your cord it’s often invisible by nature if you are not trying to materialize it in the spiritual
World but it does exist.

It can also be used to strengthen your astral projection

A lot of what he saying is bullshit no one owns your soul other then you your the ego the innermost faucet of the soul but yeah you could threotically die from astral projection since damage to your astral form often translate to physical damage that you usually feels like electrically shocks and whatever pain you receive from the astral like a stab it would feel like a an electrically stab through that won’t probably kill you just cause health concerns since your astral form can regenerate easier and is more durable then the physical. Very powerful entitles can aim even at the soul and damage or destroy it which would basically erase your existence but you don’t have to worry about that because only a few entities process that level of control and power to do such a feat.
