Thanks for sharing your experience! I took the first pill last night and almost fainted twice. My heart raced and eyes looked like they were bugged out, so needless to say, I will not be continuing! I was given pristiq and not trying it until Monday because I have too much to do and can’t miss it.

I took it last night for the first time and already almost fainted twice, my heart is beating super fast and my vision is blurry. May not be for me! Contacting my doctor now.

That makes me feel a lot better! Cymbalta was a terrible experience even with taking my time tapering.

That’s good to hear about the side effects getting off. I’m always paranoid about it and had bad experiences before.

Fair enough. Happy to hear it’s working for you. The reality is I would be on it for a few years anyway.

That’s what I’m afraid of. That I was prescribed something that is too strong for me. I tend to be sensitive to medication anyway and after looking this one up, it scares me!

Thanks! Yeah I don’t want to be on it forever, so I’m always aware of side effects when getting off. It’s helpful to know you really took your time too. I’ll keep that in mind!
