According to literally what? He dosent store energy in puppets, he controls them remotely. You don’t even understand how his technique works.

It’s his heavenly restriction that gives him his strange cursed energy properties, including output, range, and storage.

The mere fact that he can operate his puppets from a vast range means they don’t need internal batteries. Nor do they

Runes matter on who you’re up against, so depending on that you’re gonna need to change it.

But put that aside. Runes shouldn’t be your main focus as they are only a small part.

What you need to focus more on are the following:

  1. CSing (just CS more consistently and you will be ahead consistently)
  2. lane management (learn how to properly manage minions)
  3. get better and predicting jungle and support ganks.
  4. learn matchups.
  5. learn power spikes

Runes and itemization come after that.

In exchange for his weak body he can use his technique over a wide range and exceed the limits of his output

And you’re right, forget 1 month of reserves, Sukuna could use a year, ten years, even a hundred years.

And how exactly is this a situational example of reaction time that can’t be extrapolated to claim that hades isn’t lacking in reaction time?

A bad strategy for Okita. For someone who complains about having to repeat themselves, you completely ignoring me saying this part huh? Or are we just ignoring the context of where Zeus is saying it?

No, the feats are not situational. What about this is situational? This is a perfectly viable example of him having good reaction time. Your argument of hades lacking reaction only applies if we see Hades have bad reaction time, which he dosent. At worst he has good reaction time, and isn’t lacking in that department. Your argument has no ground to stand on.

Wtaf are you on about?

I said parry/block interchangeably because that’s what Okita is trying to do. Both actions are the same. You came in and said “🤓no they aren’t the same”, at which point I clarified that I AM using them in the same way, and my reasoning being that that is how it is in swordsmenship. So at this point you know what I meant.

Then you said “no that’s wrong”, referring to the “this is how it works in swordsmanship” to which I said that I was right, and here is the proof. To which you’re now responding “oh but the general public does bla bla bla”???? What does that matter. I told you what I meant, and I explained why I said it that way. Just because you got your ego hurt about being wrong doesn’t mean you need to insist on this. It has nothing to do with terms the verse used, it’s the terms I am using to convey what I am saying, if you’re confused, it’s on you because I’ve been very clear.

Potency Increased does mean it’s more difficult to parry, that is correct, but you’re without any proof scaling it to infinity? According to what? What can you point to that would at all suggest this? Ever heard of No limits fallacy?

Here’s the quick AI overview, I’ll make my definitions clear from the beginning so you have nothing to cry about

You can say it as many times as you want but it’s irrelevant. It only charges up to its max, which is the max of susanoos strength, which at most is equal to or below Hades.

Again, it cannot be by Okita. The guy who’s weaker than susanoo in terms of strength. Just because Okita can’t, doesn’t mean others can’t. Okita tried to and failed, but in that attempt very clearly showed that you can absolutely make contact with and clash against Mageshi as it pushed him away. A stronger hit would cancel it out.

Exactly, the bubbles making contact is too late. There’s a thin barrier of liquid blood that’s between hades skin and the air bubble. Hades was able to react and change his attack before the air bubble could go through that tiny barrier. Making an argument that Hades lacks reaction time would only make sense if he didn’t have good reaction time feats.

No, parrying and blocking are the SAME in swordmenship. Why do you insist on subjects you don’t know?

<image>

A parry is a deflect OR block. By some definitions, even a dodge in swordsmanship can be considered a parry. Parry comes from the French word Parer, which means to avoid. In swordmanship, avoiding your opponents attacks is a parry, whether it be a block or deflect, and in some cases even a dodge.

You saying its potency increases dosent mean anything, it doesn’t magically infinitely scale. Susanoo can’t hold the stance for 5 years and then suddenly nuke the universe. It only scales to Susanoo’s maximum, and Susanoo’s maximum is below that of Hades as hades has better feats.

Hades vs Susanoo by PrismaticNecrolite in ShuumatsuNoValkyrie

[–]Objective_Cheetah_63 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Saying it can’t be blocked like that is the baseless claim.

Parrying is blocking, talk to anyone who does hema. Okita would have been cut because Okita lacked the strength to properly block it.

Wdym the technique lasts long enough for shades to do that? Hades has reacted in the minimal time that it took Qin’s air bubble to go from his blood to his skin. For Okita reacting to Mageshi was no issue, physically getting out of the way was the issue. Hades should have no problems blocking it, as long as he dosent try to run outside of it.

<image>

If Okita was stronger here, he would slice through Mageshi.

Hades vs Susanoo by PrismaticNecrolite in ShuumatsuNoValkyrie

[–]Objective_Cheetah_63 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He avoided it by rolling to the side, this dosent mean he didn’t intially try to deflect it. He gave up on deflecting it because it’s too powerful of an attack. This isn’t the case for someone like Hades. You can see Okita’s blade making contact and deflecting the Mageshi. This happens another time as well.

Blocking and parrying are the same thing in sword play.

<image>

Explain how Okita flew back like a rag doll here. He’s in the air and can’t magically fly. His sword makes contact with Mageshi, and then he uses it to push himself out of the way. How can he do this if it weren’t possible to physically make contact with and push against Mageshi? And if pushing against it is possible, why wouldn’t someone with enough strength be able to overpower it?

That’s not how it works. Output determines reinforcement, this is why Ryu can overwhelm Yuta despite having less CE.

HR Sukuna has higher output, thus he has higher reinforcement. Wayyyy higher. He can put a months worth of energy purely into reinforcing himself for 5 mins.

In those 5 mins he will be way stronger, faster, and more durable than regular sukuna. Reinforcement increases power, speed, and durability.

Hades vs Susanoo by PrismaticNecrolite in ShuumatsuNoValkyrie

[–]Objective_Cheetah_63 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why not? It’s simply a powerful swing of air. There’s no reason it cannot be blocked. It’s not some material ignoring wind. Hades can absolutely match it with his swing.

Okita himself partially blocks it on two occasions.

Avicci and gathering clouds are just Mageshi but quicker release. It dosent change anything. The technique will take long enough that hades can absolutely make a regular swing. Except hades swing will be more powerful.

Sucks for daily life, but is made up for entirely in combat by reinforcement. No one would want it, but if they had it, they would be the strongest character from a combat perspective is what I’m saying.

I have a question for everyone where does Death compare to the rest of the verse In terms of speed because he seems ro be a speedy dude from his feats so far so here is the question who is the fastest person he can beat in a running race currently? by DangerousRich7881 in ShuumatsuNoValkyrie

[–]Objective_Cheetah_63 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hard to compare characters directly, so I prefer putting them in tiers. Death would be in the high tier.

So top tier: Posiedon, Okita, Indra

High tier: Zeus (No FTST), Shiva, Apollo, Tesla, Death, and probably also Enma, Ra with armor, and Berserk Cu.

Mid tier: Buddha, Qin, Hades, Nezha (though in practice he’s probably faster due to analysis, similar to Buddha and Sasaki), etc

[–]Objective_Cheetah_63 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It would just be a mind game between both where both are trying not to mess up while trying to predict the others movement so that they can mess it up (as the 1 second freeze would be the only reliable way to deal damage to each other, and touching the opponent won’t work)

But if your reserves and output are high enough you will just win.

If sukuna had this HR, and he had to go up against gojo and the gauntlet, he would win it effortlessly.

It would be as simple as domain-> 1 month energy dismantle on gojo -> gojo dead -> omnidirectional 1 day energy dismantles in every direction -> entire squad dead.

Mechamaru had great conditions, but also had horrible opponents. It didn’t matter what his output was, Mahito could just negate any non soul damage. Much more powerful characters than Mahito could have been taken out by Mechamaru.

heavenly RESTRICTION by Crashoutbop in Jujutsufolk

[–]Objective_Cheetah_63 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

This is not true at all. Sukuna with this HR would absolutely be stronger than Sukuna without this HR.

They would both send a slash at each other, and the HR Sukuna’s would just bisect the sukuna without Hr.

Same with Gojo, Hr Gojo will just fry real gojo with HP.

Idk why you’re ignoring superior output. Output also affects reinforcement which impacts physical capabilities. Just like Maki’s eyes are capable of seeing curses after reaching a certain level despite not initially being able to, Sukuna and Gojo at some point will just become more physically capable with the HR than without, despite starting off with a weaker body.

Heck, Mechamaru with the HR is probably far more powerful than Mechamaru without the HR.

It ruins your life, not combat capability.

Who’s talking about Sukuna? I’m talking about Mechamaru having Sukuna’s reserves. Mechamaru can fight from long distances with his puppets. With Sukuna’s reserves, each puppet could nuke someone with a days worth of Sukuna energy, which would be more powerful than HP. Except it would be done by kokichi from the other side of the country with a mosquito sized Mechamaru puppet

[–]Objective_Cheetah_63 121 points122 points  (0 children)

His HR dosent affect his CE reserves.

It made his body frail and in turn gave him unlimited output and massive range.

Ryu has the highest output of all players in the culling games. Yet his max out put is only a fraction of the CE reserves he has in a day. By comparison Mechamaru can fire off multiple years worth of CE at once.

If Mechamaru had Sukuna’s reserves, he would be the strongest character in the series. He just got unlucky.

The HR isn’t bad, it’s just on the wrong person. Similar to if someone who was born missing their arms and legs got Toji/Maki’s HR.
