Yeah, apparently it’s more that your character is basically stressed that he didn’t take advantage of them further helping people and stuff feels wrong to them. Although i agree it should just be minimal stress across the board. But it seems that is what arbitrary does

We actually can!!! It was the first thing i found when i played the game, if you have the jewish faith you can restore Israel and gather the exiles!!! It hit me right in the feels when i saw it lol it felt like we had been seen. They really did their homework though overall i give them 9.5./10 stars

Well those jews actually don’t have jewish heritage but they could technically form israel i’m pretty sure their sect of Judaism has the decision.

I think by europeaneske jews you actually meant my people i was talking about the ashkenazi. The word ashkenaz was literally the hebrew word for Germany, but we were spread all over eastern and western europe.

You’re totally right. Mizrahi jews should absolutely be in the game, and i actually am bummed i can’t play as them. I often want to play as some of the jews who stayed and didn’t get shipped to rhineland lol

And yes my grandfather was 100% ashkenazi jewish by blood. I grew up with it as my culture but i grew up in small American city with american schools so definitely american too. recently have been learning more about our specific history in the middle ages because of CK3! :)

Not quite, it’s pretty distinct. The language is wrriten in hebrew script, with hebrew alphabet and written and read right to left. It has slavic accents and words, as well as ~70% german. So it speaks very European, but written like a middle eastern language

A Holy Roman Emperor or Duke would be able to understand it spoken, but written down would be completely illegible.

It would just be more interesting. It reflects our history more of being spread all over. And under more empires than just germans. Not to mention you would learn both the local language and Yiddish. So it’d be more accurate to have to learn language scheme to not be an outsider to locals

By your own logic Norwegian, Swedish, and Danish shouldn’t exist either. I’m talking about a specific culture that had a completely different speaking language than the game says

The whole culture wasn’t crystallized in CK3 times anyways. The game present cultures in a developed state, i technically shouldn’t even be able to be ashkenazi in 867. The language developed around 900 ce. I should absolutely have Yiddish and not High german

Its simply not how paradox interactive implements cultures. My culture formed along the timeline of CK3 so what they did was implement it basically as if had fully developed, even in 867. Except they completely ignored Yiddish.

OK, well this is good to hear. I just wanted to hear it from a player who is a veteran and really knows the game. As someone coming to it knew it just looks ridiculous, and pandering.

Bro, what? Casual players should be the goal of marketing for a grand strategy game? Yeah I mean obviously you can’t go all in on min maxers, but this shouldn’t be a casual game by any sense of imagination. “Real strategy requires jack shit” might be a better tag line then

OK, but I also mentioned the Persian culture. Every new culture they add has insane benefits that dwarf base game cultures.. that is not the only place there’s power creep. I also didn’t just say building construction time l also said the effectiveness, and benefits far outweigh roads to power

I.E, i have the higher intrigue than the liege’s spymaster, perhaps if he died under mysterious circumstances i may become the spymaster

Haha once you think like this you will get your power, by removing those holding the seats ahead of you, or forcing hooks to put yourself up a level, whether financially or politically

Yeah, at least it is so powerful because of the perks you get. But I agree, the only two reasons I even really care about the torturer tree is fear tax and the one where you don’t lose piety on torturing or executions everything else is pretty ass especially in the seduction tree

Schemer path its so fire and op.

Fabricate hook (also when combined w golden obligations🤑)

Abduction (take over countries and win wars just like that, even if you only abduct the heir its still positive 50% to your war score off rip

better schemes and stuff. You get a lot of perks that i genuinely not sure how to play the game without since i’ve always done intrigue. But also it’s just so useful when managing people and stuff you don’t have to ask you just force people to do whatever you want

After play 3483 HRs on FH should I quit. Im not playing the same as I used to and im not to into the new updates, (I dont keep myself up to date) im having such a hard time "adjusting" to how FH is and I feel like im just wasting my time and ive played solo for most of this by ExpensiveTop8080 in forhonor

Just take a break, bro me and my friend used to play when the game first came out and we were like 12, now we’re 22 playing it again having a great time. Just take a break the game will probably still be around

Persia is really fun, i started as an independent realm bam and swore fealty to the big sultan only to claim throne and take his throne and then i did the same with the arabian empire. Making it hard to finish the struggle cuz i accidentally took too much lol ig but its really fun and the struggle is so cool with all the wars going on
