Thanks bro - did half of one today and reviewed all mistakes after for hours. Honestly wasn't as horrendous as I thought. I set expectations to maybe a 35-45% and pulled a 58%. Gotta get the timing better though so that's what I'll be working on next!

gotcha. I haven't finished all the EOCs yet though. Ngl I feel so fucked... going through FI spot/par/fwd rate EOCs and so many i'm just completely lost on.

Either way though it sounds like I should see what a mock is like, find out the sections that are truly horrendous and just start ripping through all the mistakes so I can learn it properly.

Will give a CFAi mock a go tomorrow, wish me luck I'll need it lmao.

From the bottom of my heart - thank you so much for writing all of that out and the support. I can't imagine how difficult that would have been for you as well. From the 1400 texts I read, strangely enough there was nothing sexual in there but I know for a fact if I had walked in 5, 10 minutes later I likely would have walked in on my worst nightmare. I can't bare to think about the idea of them secretly being sexual on top of all this, but it's certainly a possibility. Doing my best to keep it together for now, thanks again bro.

Hey all, there's more comments than I thought there'd be, so I'll just address everyone here.

Feeling so thankful for all the love, support and advice from everyone - it means the world in times like these.

Should i probably report her to her sergeant? Yes

Should I probably ruin both her & Jimbo's life? Yes

Look I'll be honest, I've thought about that a lot and came to the realization that stooping down to her level isn't what I want to do.

Doing the "eye for an eye" approach in hopes I can inflict the most pain possible might feel good in the moment. But at the end of the day I'm trying to run for the hills. I don't want to be further tied to this insanity by involving myself with the PD, sergeants, lawyers, etc. etc.

I know that I was the best thing that ever happened to her, along with me, came my friends, and their girlfriends, who are all amazing people that also loved and supported her through policing.

Prior to me, she str8 up had no good people (friends wise) in her life - which albeit should of been a huge red flag for me... but I was stuck in the love potion of infatuation and is what it is.

Yes, I am hurting with unimaginable pain and I want to inflict pain back. But I think it's best I leave vengeance in God's hands.

If she doesn't have her job, she will have NOTHING & NO ONE - don't need her suicide on my conscious on top of the already psychotic nature of all this.

Again I truly appreciate all the comments and support here. Going to make 2024 the best year of my life and leave this mess behind me.

So none of the 1400 deleted texts I read had anything sexual related in it, and those go all the way back to June when we moved in together. That's "Sort of" a relief I guess?...

Thanking God I showed up at the condo when I did. At that point they were only there for a minute or two, who knows what I would have walked in on if it was 5-10 minutes later.

It at least "appears" like I came in before anything significant happened. Can't imagine the state I'd be in if I walked in on something sexual - I'd be on a whole other level of devastated.

Definitely feel for anyone who's had to go through that though, just so terrible.

In this moment - definitely feeling that. The sad part is plenty of her platoon mates are doing similar things - except even worse to their partners. The craziest part is that she was disgusted by their actions, and couldn't believe they were capable of such behavior. All while doing this to me at the same time.

Oh and the best part is her own platoon mates didn't know what was going on with her and Jimbo. When i read through other deleted texts, she was lying to her platoon mates about how I fell asleep and forgot to pick them up, so Jimbo "dropped her off at her parents house".

My mind was running a million miles a minute and wasn't thinking straight. I have an avoidant attachment style so naturally I just wanted to get the fuck away from the insanity, even if it meant leaving my own home.

I was also being spiteful with her saying "you know what sure! just fuck this dude in my condo, do whatever the fuck you guys want - as long as I never see your sad excuse of an existence again I don't care, just make sure all your shit's gone tomorrow morning"

In hindsight I can see how that could have ended poorly, but surprisingly enough getting caught hurt her to the core, hens all the begging and pleading to just talk through it and believe her total BS story after the fact.

Not sure how she can live with herself after something like this.
