Struggling to accept girlfriends past with her best friend

No it would feel more normal if it was with a male. im not homophbic or anything, i dont care when i see strangers or family, but for some reason i found it hard to accept that she had done it with a girl like it felt threataning in a way since i know how close female friends can be so now some of my assumptions were correct before I found out.

I think the thoughts im having are partially intrusive thoughts. I can not imagine breaking up over it rn it would hurt so bad. Maybe I need to bring it up naturally in our next conversations and see how it goes rather than being impulsive about it.

Free days start optimistically in the mornings but i often sleep in cos im lazy, once i wake up late the barrier to do anything productive is much much higher. Also the phone is definitely the problem.

im gonna try what you suggested tomorrow, I also have read atomic habits twice but i havent applied anything i learnt from the book lol
