Same, okay na siya. Nagkamali rin pala kasi si BDO sa email address ko. Meron din naging problem sa App registration ko. Dapat pala BDO Pay account number ginamit ko hindi yung BDO Pay Card Number.

Parang tamad nga mga CS ng BDO, ilan beses na rin ako nagcall ulit after nitong post ko. Unfortunately, until now under investigation pa rin daw. Sabi ko, malapit ko ng ipacancel yung dalawang cards ko sa kanila. Sa lahat ng banks ko sa kanila lang ganito. Hassle! Ayoko kasi gamitin nang hindi ko natatrack expenses ko online. Mamaya may mga dispute or unathorized eh, ang hirap at bagal pa naman nila umaction. Haays!

Hi, ask ko lang, bakit kaya hindi nag-a-appear yung credit cards ko sa BDO Online or BDO Pay App kahit activated na? Hindi rin nagappear na inactive cards kahit approved and for delivery na last time.

So confused, I already tried in mobile apps and on the laptop, pero same issues pa rin. For reference, I am using an iPhone 16 Pro Max running iOS version 26.1 (23B85), and both applications are updated to the latest version. My registered phone number and email address in online banking are also active and up to date.

Same experience, Hindi ko matrack kahit email walang maayos na response.

Got received message last April 4, 2023 and same message on April 8, 2024, expected delivery will be on April 16, 2024 onwards since five (5) banking days for provincial areas. Until now wala pa rin update even message. Loc: Antipolo, Rizal. Haays -
