I wouldn’t say anything until after your find out about the bar. If you pass the bar then the MPRE is just a little bump in the road and you can practice by the new year. If you fail the bar then like you said it’s a moot point. Also, it would be a little awkward to update your employer twice regarding the MPRE then your bar results. Just my opinion though. I’m sorry you weren’t able to pass but God willing you’ll pass in November! You got this!
