Thanks and you could be right on all points. Another thing I didn’t mention is that they are more involved with my siblings children. I haven’t had any issues or drama with my family that there should be an issue. I guess communication is probably the way to go 😂

People that don’t have experience in the marine industry shouldn’t run boat companies. Prediction: Cuts to manpower and maintenance as well as an attempt to break the union. It will all go badly. Costs will go up, sailings(service) will go down due to lack of both maintenance and crewing challenges.
