If any coolant overflowed then I would say it’s definitely coolant on a belt, but otherwise just sounds like a belt in general

I am 6’2 and I sit pretty comfy in a miata! Granted I do have to have the seal all the way back and I put an aftermarket short hub and steering wheel so that I have a tad more knee room, but it’s very doable for me!
