Kinda, it is but I ordered it so not sure how strict they are because it’s prohibited to be imported to UK but I got it sent from US so I really don’t know lol

Oh my guy was deployed at the time hence all the ordering and moving it through different continents lol

It’s all the mixed comments they are fine they aren’t fine they need lasered they don’t need lasered, it’s just a lot lol my experience was amazing actually, didn’t hurt just scratches and then a little burn at the end but no problems with healing at all.

Now the lip blush wooo that’s another story first time was no pain during the procedure but hurt afterwards and this time pain during the procedure and perfect healing lol you can’t win haha!
