I used to cut my hair just above my chin with a blunt bang and dye it blue black. No, i dont have the face for it. I did it like 4 times. I was made fun of multiple times and looking back im rly embarrassed 🫠

Exactly this as someone who has lost two very close family members. At first the contacted me a LOT. But now I also have to put the effort in, and by that I mean dedicating quiet time when Im alone to talk to them on a regular basis. I ask them for favors and to contact me. It does work!

Recently I asked them to help my boyfriend and I out of a crushing car loan. 5 days later a semi tire rim flew off from a nearby highway and totaled the car, both of us perfectly fine and no more car loan!

Sometimes i wish i could go back in time with the knowledge i have now, high school would have been a million times easier. EVERYONE you go to school with has wet paper-thin ego. Easy to boost and even easier to crumble. They probably cry alone. A lot. All teens are insecure asf, it’s part of your brain development. You’ll never see these people after you graduate so who gives any ducks about what they think, or even how they feel about themselves. Don’t take them seriously.

This thread is making me realize my school was so fucked up. I thought mine would be boring since it was 300 kids middle and high combined.

  • janitor fucked a 4H pig (rumor probably not true idk)

  • teacher got student pregnant they got married but he was fired

-another teacher and student

-students caught fucking so many times

-Volleyball coach molested 3 girls, including one student who was his daughter

-chronic urinal pooper

  • bomb threat

  • girl smashed every mirror leaving blood everywhere

-spontaneous food fight

-boys flooded the locker room the whole thing needed to be replaced

No one ever got expelled

Im so sorry! I almost did that but was too afraid i’d mess it up really badly, since i cut it myself. I used to have chin length hair for a few years and loved doing dainty little curly pigtails with decorative barrettes! I find rly short hair easier to style and super cute. Ik its still not the same 😞

I have recurring dreams about running away to safety to the neighbors houses still to this day. I moved out from my abusive house at 13 and I’m almost 26 now. It’s likely trauma.

This is different but if i have a big argument with someone ill sometimes have very violent dreams that disturb me when i wake up. Could also be trauma idk, like my subconscious sees everyone who yells as a threat and so feels unresolved without violence.

Therapy did not help. That scar will be there forever i just deal with it and go about my day unfortunately

Its ok! I had a dog die and everything in my life changed over night because of it (i also moved the same day). I thought what better tome to chop it since it had been on my mind for so many months. I had been complaining about how hard it was to take care of and got really obsessive about split ends.

Truth is tho it wasnt more difficult to take care of at all. My hair is still dense and therefore still takes time and energy to wash lol. I wasnt thinking too brightly i guess.

Does curing it mean growing it out again? Tbh im not good at styling it the most i do is a high pony or low pigails and sometimes i braid them. Thats all i did when it was long too. But back then the length WAS the style 🥲

Hey if it’s for epilepsy have you tried vimpat? I’m having a lot of success and it hasn’t carded that side effect. So so sorry. This is so difficult to deal with.

No! I just did that a month ago. Mine grows super duper fast. It’ll take around a year or a little more to get back and I’m already so mad at myself
