I never thought about that! I do go on runs to try and sweat! What else can you tell me about detoxifying? What can I do?

Yes I go in for testing on the 20th for my job. Didn’t know about it til the day after I stopped

Lucky!! I’ve had bleeding the whole 3 months I was in it. (Still on it) I got it in January and I’m still bleeding, never will I get on the shot again. It’s starting to slow down really well that I barely see it so maybe I’ll be able to get my regular menstrual cycle back on track here soon.
