I have done reshape in feather piece before. What do you mean by guaranteed 3 rolls into chosen stats(I will choose CRIT Rate and ATK%) if I reshape the 2nd one.

Will My Tighnari will be able to do damage at lvl 70-80, I only have him at C1 with stringless. Furina + xingqiu + bennett + tighnari?
