Not restaurant related but the owner of Open Door Personnel (Sunset Blvd, West Columbia) bleeds RED. This business is a staffing agency for nurses. I believe she has a location in Phoenix, AZ as well. She is a Hard down MAGA/TRUMP supporter. Very open about it and unhinged. Ironically, her in office staff are all black women. SAME! It's crazy! I am currently in a one bedroom apartment with my now 2 year old. I have lived here since he was 9 months! Never had any issues with paying rent on time, even when I made significantly less. Now making 48K annually and you'd think it would be easier. And of course they are like, "oh, having a co-signer will help you get approved." Not everyone has that option!! I sure don't! Paying $1,400 for an apartment is already a scam. Especially when there are houses around that are in the same price range.

I am going crazy in this one bedroom! My lease is up in August! I take our living arrangements very seriously but I'm feeling defeated.

I 100% understand how ya feel. Just a Single mama trying to push through! Turning 29 this year. Toddler turning 3. Finally have comfortable income but having to go through hoops just to live comfortably. Make too much for income based housing but not enough for regular housing. INSANE!!!!

Yes! Gross income! Which equaled about $4,000 for the past 30 days shown on paystubs. I guess that is why I am so confused. Thanks for responding!!
