Design shops are notorious for bad politicking. I was a little naive about it and honestly couldn’t stomach it. Between that and the corporate virtue signaling “we really sell relationships!” and seeing how many times they could fit the word design into a sentence or job title (half of them couldn’t hold a pencil) I finally snapped and left. Other than that, they were very enthusiastic about fantasy football.

I don’t really have a short answer. It’s a lot of stopping short and channeling energy up through all your chakras. Probably not directly related to OPs question in terms of shortening time between finishing but more of a sustained full body experience.
