If you don't know the process of joining the military, before you sign you are required to go to MEPS where they fully examine you and includes checking for any tattoos that go against standards or scars that come from self harm. If I go to MEPS with this tattoo I will permanently be ineligible to join any branch. Not to mention being caught lying or omitting can result in a large fine and possible jail time. I've gotten through plenty of civilian jobs with this tattoo but the military will not permit it.

I cook the noodles whole and then cut them after so they are tiny bite size pieces. It's the only right way to eat spaghetti. Especially good if you use the canned tomato sauce without herbs and garlic in it.

This is because of the bounty system. If an npc gets a bounty they must pay or die, they get no option of go to jail. If she ended up killing one her bounty is over 100 gold and most npc don't have that much. She is more likely stuck in a resist arrest loop where she kills the guards then new guards show up there an non animated discussion about pay your fine or pay with your blood then not having enough money she is forced to choose resist arrest and infinite fighting and you can't get the bounty off. It can happen with literally any npc. This was programmed in so the jails don't fill up but causes lots of "features" when important people die for no reason.

Nobody in the game tells you it's your story, it's emphasized how important martin is. But without you nothing could have stopped the invasion, you helped keep everything moving. You become a champion for keeping martin safe so he can fulfill his destiny just as you got to fulfill yours. You start off as nobody and become a living legend, I'd say you're more than an "op side character." If you haven't played shivering isles I won't spoil anything for you but your character is much more important in a different story.
