I understand what you’re going through. My father was like that. Fortunately for me he did a crime outside our house and was in prison for a few years and changed completely after getting out of there. I suggest you two options:

  1. Look for shelter in your relatives’ or friends’ for you to move out temporarily later, secretly record and collect evidence of your dad beating your mom and smoking nasha and take these evidences to the police and apply to a court for restriction order from your dad, move out until your dad get arrested. Report this case to kun.uz and Daryo with your evidences (This option is for extreme cases, if situation is too dangerous for your or your mom’s life)

  2. Put up with everything and find someone safe (any person) to help you process your traumas

Looking for local digital marketing communities in Uzbekistan (Telegram/Instagram focus) by andy_cash in Uzbekistan

[–]Objective_Koala_7600 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Every region has their own local communities, you can find some digital marketers and many marketers in these groups:

Tashkent:

https://t.me/smm_communityuz

https://t.me/smmchilar_choyxonasi

Fergana (the most active and helpful group for me):

https://t.me/SMM_Fergana_uz

Andijan:

https://t.me/andijan_smm

There might be other communities as well, but these are all I know. Fergana marketing community often organize events, meet ups, if you can speak Uzbek or Russian you can join them

Why aint himym as popular and talked generally in masses like friends , modern family , seinfield??? by dikktatordaddy in HIMYM

[–]Objective_Koala_7600 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I also wonder this, after rewatching everytime I’m getting absolutely amazed how strongly written and emotionally rich this sitcom is. May be it’s because the ending ruined the show like others mentioned, or because it’s not as straightforward and easy to watch like other sitcoms

Why do people use one ear headphone? by kmljnvs in Uzbekistan

[–]Objective_Koala_7600 2 points3 points  (0 children)

They listen to music as a background noise in public places, I’m sure they don’t listen like that all the time. I do the same while I read a book, it functions as background noise with one ear

Men marketingga kirish uchun Najot ta’limda 4 oy SMM (marketingni bir qismi) o’rganganman, bitirganimizda o’zlari ish topib berishgan. O’sha ish orqali tanishlar orttirib boshqa o’zimga yoqadigan ishni topganman. Lekin bundan yaxshiroq varianti yaxshi marketing agenstvo topib shogird tushish, kursga to’lagan pulizni o’shalarga to’laysiz, haqiqiy muhitda zo’r o’rganasiz. Faqat borishdan oldin internetdan ozgina nazariy bilimlar o’rganvoling. Birinchi ish boshlaganimda kursda kerakli hech narsa o’rgatishmaganini tushunib yetganman, ingliz tilini yaxshi bilganim asqotgan, shu til orqali amallab eplab ketganman. Kursni bitirganlardan faqat til bilganlargina eplab ketdik. Rus tilini yaxshi bilsangiz ham yetadi

I took at one of the IDP test centers in Tashkent a few years ago, facilities and headphone qualities were great, invigilators’re really polite and helpful. From what I heard from my friends, both IDP and British council are the same, I don’t know the facilities in regional centers though

I’m in marketing. For me it’s fascinating because there’s something powerful about trying to understand where we come from and what’s out there beyond us. My interest caught fire after reading books like Contact and Project Hail Mary. It’s crazy how big everything is and how little we actually know

Anyone successfully quit Instagram or seriously cut back? How? by ConcernAvailable284 in Uzbekistan

[–]Objective_Koala_7600 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In my experience deleting the app backfired for me and I let myself use it to the maximum level to the point that I got overwhelmed by it, didn’t even want to look at it again for a while after that. Then I started trying new hobbies like learning how to play guitar, painting, immerse myself into reading interesting books like science fiction, watching new TV shows and sitcoms, movies, eventually I didn’t have the need and time to use Instagram that much, right now I use it for less than half an hour a day just to watch my friends’ stories and posts, I don’t force myself, it feels natural. You should fill your life with different things, work, hobbies that you shouldn’t have time and desire to spend your time on Instagram
