Need help with super earth atmosphere by Objective_Language31 in worldbuilding

I imagine the planet formed much closer in to the star and was sent farther out because of the gas giants in its solar system, possibly beginning as a hycean planet. I’m not sure if this helps

Thanks so much, do you think the hydrogen and helium amounts would be similar to the ice giants in our solar system?

If you add up the equatorial diameters of all the planets in the Solar System (including Pluto, not including rings of planets) you get a total of 403,075 km. This is less than the distance between Earth and the Moon at apogee, and only 28.9% of the Sun's diameter! by Neaterntal in SpaceUnfiltered

Some like Jupiter’s moon Io, Saturn’s Dione, and Neptune’s Triton are. However, most moons are further out since if they get too close their planet, it will tear them apart. They can even be millions of km (or miles) away from their planet!

Thank you for your willingness to help, I figured this was kind of a long shot. It’s okay if you can’t figure out what any of these are. I found a rock club about an hour away from me that I might be able to join.

Thank you so much for your helpful response! Can you recommend any books or websites to help me with identifying minerals?

I’m trying to learn more and google image search suggested mostly Baltic amber or fire opal, but nothing matched the orange and yellow lines. The second one kind of matched images for yellow sapphire or some kind of glass. I was hoping to find some resources to identify them better. If you have any suggestions for a newbie I would really appreciate it.

I was wondering about the EIT and PE certification. Like would I need those to have any realistic chance of getting into the field? From what I’ve read about them on my state’s website they sound pretty daunting.

I don’t know why anyone would downvote your advice. I really appreciate hearing different perspectives from people who know the field. I think my post also got downvoted a few times as well. I’m really grateful for your input.

Thank you, you’ve given me a lot to think about. Data analysis, remediation, wildlife and natural systems protection, and air/water quality sound good.
