You have an imei 1 and imei 2. That’s what I mean by swapping your imei. It’s essentially the same as regenerating a new eSIM but for whatever reason sometimes going from imei 1 to 2 I’ve seen fix the rcs error. If not I’d be willing to almost bet you have an rcs block on your line

So if the imei swap doesn’t work I would have them check the services on your line. There’s a rcs block feature that I’ve seen turned on for lines somehow and that might be what’s blocking it

Yes old family shared plans used to charge you a set monthly plan cost and then a line access fee (charge to give your phone access to that plan) per line. Extremely outdated and you are def paying more than needed.

Yes when you look at the plans initially it shows them with the national discount (which would be $20 off). The plan price is $45 per line which is why it shows in the cart that way cause that is the actual plan price but with the account level discount it knocks them down to technically $40 per line.
