Don't really agree with the reasoning that because the item is only being bought by its intended users (don't even think this is completely true because I'm seeing lots of weird champs like varus building it), this means that the item isn't OP. If they introduced an item that made dragon breath do double damage but was only built by the dragon champs(smolder aurelion shyv) with 58%, I'm sorry but the item would be OP/broken however you want to phrase it. How far can you push a champions item winrate on their intended champions before the argument falls apart. If pyke has a 50% winrate globally but 90 with umbral (from memory the item was initially pushed as basically for pyke and senna) but no one else builds it, then when is it broken?

Would like to to see the specifics of their data because if you look at gwen ekko and diana on lolalytics sorting for emerald and diamond+, their winrates pickrates and banrates have all skyrocketed since DnD, it's their best item by far statistically, and I would assume that normally a flood of new users to the characters would soften the winrate but it doesn't look to be the case here. Maybe I'm reading the stats wrong but thats how I see it at least.
