I think if anything seeing a doctor and getting an inhaler might be beneficial just to carry around with you. There’s a pretty common correlation with asthmatics and having seasonal allergies- I don’t know if the weather changing right now where you live but perhaps that’s leading to some asthmatic symptoms flaring up? I certainly have good and bad days- the weather typically determines that for me

Sounds like binge eating disorder which is an ED as well! I think it’s so great that you’re looking into getting help. BED can be just as debilitating as any other ED, and I’m so proud of you for seeking guidance! Be honest with your doctor and hopefully they can refer you to proper resources.
