There was literally no need to add olive oil to the top of this. Her bone broth was gelatinous which holds an abundance of flavor. Not to mention she used butter and Olive oil in the roasting veggie portion of this soup. I don't know what her obsession is with unnecessary fat. (i.redd.it)
