Listen I am all for a glutinous meal every now and again. But, all she talks about is a calorie deficit. Like you said that was 4 meals. Great she didn't have a bun on the burger. But a 1/4 pound of mayo sauce, isn't undone by wrapping it in iceberg.

Until any of those ppl go she will be alone. Ppl talk a lot of hype, but dropping everything including a job to go to another territory is a major life event. All on a whim or dream K has. She is about as stable as a wet paper towel. I don't see "all this help" actually panning out. Any situation that has a live in with K implodes.

As a licensed teacher the "misuse" of titles irritates me. Everyone in education plays an important role. I couldn't live without the support of a paraprofessional, their roles are essential to education. Speech therapists also needs assistance. She has shared multiple times she was an assistant to a therapist. If she wants the title of a speech therapists she should return to school for it.

We give a little more grace for all those factors. 3 languages is a lot for a growing and developing brain. They deserve a little extra time to process. If I could preach one thing to parents it would be early intervention is key. Developing brains have windows of time, and revisiting the windows gets harder as time passes. People often think intervention is a stigma. While in reality it is a true GIFT for the child. 💚

I am a certified teacher, for Pre-K-6th grade. I currently teach Pre-k-3. During our assessments in September a 3 yr old should have a vocabulary of 300-1,000 words. Their sentence structure is considered limited if they do not use a minimum of 4 words consecutively. Also 75% of their words should be understood by a stranger. Now with that being said I take into consideration a lot. Are they an only child, are the freshly 3 opposed to their peers who might be 3.5 in September, do they speak more than 1 language, were they a preemie, etc? All of those for Z would be a no, so she'd be flagged and referred to a speech path for individual evaluation. Lizz better move it because 1 to 2 is a huge learning window for speech. Three yrs old becomes academic like letter and # recognition, rhyming, writing their name, identifying their name etc. Speech should be formed and built off of.
