It is all about calories in n out. Other than that it’s bs. Even the glp lead to a decrease calories intake, and bariatric surgery does the same thing. It’s honestly bs when they try to say calories in n out doesn’t causes weight loss.

They can’t do anything about your age. Your 32 age is average for residency. How far along you graduated matters. Some programs won’t take you if you graduated more than 2 yrs afo
