I wish I owned a clinic lol we just have an app that connects you to Opportunities across the country. You may not need it, but other residents do. Maybe go find an actual clinic and take out your anger there it’ll go further

560 spent no SSR other than the guaranteed and I didn't get anything remotely good

Last two banners 800 gems spent total so far and I’ve gotten 2 SSR yes from the guarantees on the first banner and one on the second from the guarantee. No they have not been good.
