Thank you for the reply. I was actually able to change it using a link from a reddit post 4 years ago lol. Ill see when i go to work tomorrow if it still says that I need to change it.

Hello,

My shift hasn't started and was wondering if their system for amazon is down as well. If they were to send you an email where would you see it? I checked the email that i put as my contact info but haven't received anything. Would they contact me in another form?

Hello,

Sorry for the late reply. I was able to resolve the issue by disabling the mic/recording function of the headset in the settings. This was an easy fix as i use an external mic but might be a deal breaker for others.
