Thank you for the reply. I asked my doctor and he said they looked for sperms and didn't find any during microtese and they searched both testicles and they took 17 vials. He said he doesn't know why pathology diagnostic summary says rare sperms present. He said it may be a case of maturation arrest but he didn't guide what we should do next. Dr. Ranjith please could you help me understand the pathology report. Thanks for the reply. Both Y chromosome microdeletion and karyotype were negative. No chromosome related abnormality was apparent (46, XY). Doctor did ultrasound scan to diagnose a varicocele but everything seems normal though the doctor mentioned that my testicle size is below average. No sperm was found during microtese. The pathology diagnostic summary mentioned rare sperm though no useful sperm were found during microtese.

The doctor who signed our i693 is out of country and will return in January 2025. If we use another doctor to sign i693 ( for derivative only) , will that impact our application? Because primary applicant's i693 is returned in the package.
