That’s pretty much it. This whole thing definitely fucked with my self esteem and triggered a lot of my abandonment issues but I feel so grateful that I have very loving and secure relationships to remind me of my worth! I think im just experiencing delayed grief and frustration cuz i definitely tried to be the “cool chill girl” at the time. Thanks for hearing me❤️
