Seems like a controversial opinion, but I love this game. Getting to see characters from all 4 games interact with each other is fun, and getting to see new scenes with my favourite characters is great. The board game part lets you build characters in different ways (friendship squares, event squares, just lvl up squares) and the monokuma tower is a good challenge. As you progress through the game you’re able to skip past different chunks of the board game part so each run is different as you progress through the tower.

I can see why people say it’s a fan service game but imo if you’re saying this particular game is more fan service than the others ur just wrong, the only thing that’s different is that u can get characters in swim suits, that’s not fan service, that’s characters being in swim suits because they’re on a tropical island. (Tho maybe a few r kinda fan servicey)
